Dec 18 BIG NEWS: Project Pinball Charity launches a brand-new website!
Today, December 18, 2024, Project Pinball Charity launches a new website to strengthen their mission, making an online experience for beneficiaries, donors, and new supporters easier than ever!
For years, the Project Pinball Charity Team searched for ways to update their site, but were met with roadblocks due to code breaks and other technological issues. However, thanks to the help of Mike Ford and his Team at Safe Cloud, Inc., Project Pinball Charity’s website is entirely rebuilt, making it more accessible and functional than ever before!
Daniel Spolar, Project Pinball Charity’s Sr. Founder/Director, reflects on this success:
“I am proud of our new website. This new website helps us to share our charity’s mission and to show the progress as we strive ahead to help more and more patients and families through the joy of pinball play. This new website finally gives us control so we can share this progress with a new higher level of transparency to help our donors, supporters, and families feel right there with us along the way.”
The new website magnifies the level and depth of outreach that Project Pinball Charity’s mission has worked toward for more than a decade. As a grassroots charity, local pinball communities rally support every day across the nation to raise funds for a Pinball Placement at their local Children’s Hospital and/or a Ronald McDonald House Charity.
With the new website, Volunteer Fundraisers now have an improved toolbelt that boosts the fundraising experience and guides their local community members to get involved.
Sierra Vermillion, Project Pinball Charity’s Director of Operations, shares her excitement for the Community:
“I am so excited to have a fully functional and interactive website for our followers, supporters, and friends to be able to share and support our mission! It is so important to have a website that showcases all the great things our community does every single day. A new and updated website is just what we need to launch our nonprofit organization into the future!”
Sierra is absolutely correct! The website has all the familiar features, such as Past Dedications listed on the “Impact” tab and ongoing raffles on the “Pinball Raffles” tab, and it introduces some new pages and functions!
Click on the “Events” tab and the community can see all of Project Pinball Charity’s upcoming shows, expos, fundraising events, and more! The community can dig deeper into these events and other important announcements in the “News” tab, as well as sign-up for Project Pinball Charity’s Newsletter The Flipper.
Howard Levine, Project Pinball Charity’s Fundraising Coordinator, gives thought on the new ways the community can interact with the website:
“I’m excited about the launch of Project Pinball’s new website, which will make it easier for supporters to navigate and stay up to date on Project Pinball dedications, fundraisers, and special events.”
Donors also experience an easier way to support specific fundraisers on the “How You Can Help” tab. They can now watch their donations’ immediate impact as the fundraising thermometers update in real time.
There are ongoing Pinball Placement Fundraisers nationwide that need help reaching their fundraising goals, and helping patients and families in your own backyard has never been easier!
Taj Kniceley, Project Pinball Charity’s Marketing & Communications Specialist/Grant Writer, shares her enthusiasm:
“The Project Pinball Charity community is incredibly dedicated! So often I wish I could do more to help these fundraisers–share website fundraising links, write blogs, anything! But I didn’t have the resources I needed. But thanks to Mike and his team, we can support fundraisers in more ways than just a social media post. We can provide a central hub to ensure these fundraisers succeed and more young patients and families receive pinball therapy!”
That’s right! Project Pinball Charity’s goal with the new site is providing a central space where communities can engage with their mission. As a grassroots charity, Project Pinball is looking forward to serving patients, families, and medical staff with even more ease alongside local communities nationwide.
Brad Czernik Project Pinball Charity Volunteer Technician Coordinator, shares his excitement on this upcoming success:
“With hundreds of volunteers across the nation, I am looking forward to a central location for volunteers, whether they are fundraising or a technician. We have more features in the works for our volunteers and are excited to ‘flip’ into this together!”
Excited is an understatement. Words cannot do justice to the relief and joy the new website gives the Team at Project Pinball Charity. Now they can direct supporters and beneficiaries to the site with confidence, knowing that the information and tools they need are easy to find. And this is only the beginning–Plans for more features are in the works, especially for volunteers!
This is a big step for Project Pinball Charity and the Team is delighted about future updates with Mike Ford and his team at Safe Cloud, Inc.
Thank you, Mike!
